With the holidays lately Apple Cider has been on sale. And when we are feeling sad and need something to cheer us up we get Martinelli's. And boy does that make us laugh. We all get slap happy from laughing too hard. Half of our apartment doesn't drink carbonation and so this drink really takes us for a spin.

They say that baseball is America's favorite pass time.

But my favorite pass time is people watching. In all honestly, the best building to do this is the Woodbury Business Building. Why? Because the scenery is mighty fine. If you know what I mean.

Today, I even got a nod.

As A Girl

I am a girl.

And as a girl I reserve the right to plan my wedding on Pinterest and pretend it is going to happen someday soon. But when that day does come, these are my favorite rings.

As of this moment. Because as a girl I also reserve the right to change my mind.

I love simple. I always have and probably always will. I don't know specific cuts but you can bet with the time comes around for ring shopping I will know all the names.

A Great Big World

It was my very first time.

I love the story of Esther.

I love the quote that is said:

We are all going through trials. And we just have to keep going. Make it to the next day. Just keep breathing and know that the Lord has your back.

 

*Also, I personally know Desirae and she has made a significant impact on my life. I will never forget the lessons she taught at Girls Camp. She is a living testimony that Heavenly Father will also have your back in these rough days.

Ice Skating

Institute Ice Skating Party!

We spent most of our time waiting in line for skates, but personally, that was half the fun.

Skating for 25 minutes was all my balance could handle.

This is Otis.

He is our elevator.

He so lovingly takes us to our apartment.

Otis makes a lot of noises.

Sometimes we wonder if he is going to stop working.

But so far he has been a good elevator.

Dear Water Bottle,
I guess our time is through. I will never find a water bottle as good as you. I was heartbroken when I needed you most and you weren't there. Gone. Vanished from my backpack. The University is a lot bigger than high school. Once I saw you were gone I knew you were gone. But I still looked. I searched everywhere. So I guess this is goodbye.
It was fun while lasted.

10 Stops 4 Cups

My roommates and I wanted ice cream. But our favorite place to get cheap ice cream closed at ten, and it was eleven. So we needed to improvise. We didn't have a plan. We just had a car. We drove on University Parkway all the way to Provo just trying to figure out a place. We stopped at Dairy Queen twice, The Malt Shoppe twice, Wendy's, Arby's, Krispie Kreme, Wendy's in Orem, McDonalds, and Subway. All for four cups of ice cream. An hour and a half later we had four satisfied girls.

We went sledding over Christmas break.

Well, I didn't actually go sledding.
